All the trustees understand the charity purposes as set out in its governing documents. All the trustees manage charity’s resources responsibly and act responsibly, reasonably and honesty. Also, take special care when investing or borrowing and comply with any restrictions on spending funds.

All trustees get appropriate procedure and safeguards in place and take reasonable steps to ensure that those are followed. All trustees will be preparing for activities, attending, and actively participating in all trustees meeting. Trustees’ boards will typically meet four to six times a year to look over the most important issues facing the charity.
